On Battleon dot com you can search around and eventually find something along the lines of this: "I am proud to say that I am finally going to be able to post the final copy of Moglin punter today." this was said by Artix... i believe, correct me if i'm wrong. But i am sure that it was made by Adventure Quest, who made Dragonfable, who made Moglin Punter. So it's not stolen. Its moglin hunting Season! :) good game.
