Reviews for "QWERTY Warriors 2"

lol very very nice

i type fast and i always searched for a typeing game and this is real fun it combined hand eye cordination with a violent dose of killing i wouldint be suprised if this ended up in our local stores : )

Great typing game.

There were a few times when I couldn't tell what a word was because it was right next to or behind another word and I couldn't see it ont he screen very well. Other than that the gameplay was what I expected and the graphics and sound were very good. Overall a great game to waste a few spare minutes on.

So damn awesome

This one was just as good as the first. There were a couple things that pissed me off, like how when two words start with the same letter you don't always get the word you want. I did like how it had a rampage mode which allowed you to just pound the keyboard to catch up. Really good game, I'd be glad to see a 3rd one that's even better.

If this were changed just a little bit, it'd get 9

I played this for quite a while, and on the modes I played, I could have gone indefinitely. Except for the hardest mode I played, in which I got 10th place my first try. In each time I played, there were a few errors in the game that really made my frustrated. Ill explain what could be changed to make it a much more enjoyable experience. But don't get me wrong, I LOVED the game. I've played a lot of the typing Flash games, and this one was right up there in the best.

First of all, the problem of incomming words spawning or somehow getting RIGHT behind one another really makes it confusing. What I mean is the words either spawn at the exact same time, or one of the words slows down and gets RIGHT behind another word, which causes one word to be completely unseen or makes it so two different words looks like one word, and for the hour and a half I played one mode, it happened constantly. Like a 3 letter word would be behind and to the left of a 5 letter word, and it would make another real word, but different from what's actually on the screen. I'd start to type that word that appears on the screen, and after a few seconds where nothing goes away, I'd have to look down to check what word I'm actually on and finally type the stupid 3 letter word. At that point, the game goes from one about the typing ability of the player, to one of the ability to read and recognize in time enough where your whole game isn't fucked. It would be nice if the game was changed a bit so when words spawn, they wont be directly behind one another exactly so they're hidden. Maybe make it so words can only be one space away from another word?

Another thing thats actually easier to do and would make this much better would be once you started a word, make it so the word is highlighted in the battle screen in the middle, not just below in the "current word" box. Maybe just a yellow highlight around the word you're currently targeting to shoot, making the player much more able to focus his attention on exactly what he wants.

The art and sound were great, and the gameplay was what I'd expect to get from such a game. I liked the rampage and explode abilities a lot, and this would be a whole lot more fun even if more special words were added to the game. That's up to your discretion though, so other than the frustrating times when I was confused about which word I meant to type, and unable to see words correctly coming down at me, it was a very fun experience. There was a bit of a lack of variety in game modes, so this is a good game. If there were just those changes, I could definently see this game being a 9.
Thanks

Good, but.

Great, but a wierd bug allowed to just type randomly and kill everything on screen.
