i loved the way this piece is soft at the beginning then around 1:40 turns courageous.okay now story time:
Two old friends realize they must part ways. Years later they meet, on opposite sides. They reminisce breifly before drawing their swords. Neither wants to be the one to strike down his old partner, but slowly they begin to charge at one another. When they collide both have been ran through by the other's blade, yet neither frowns or cries. One looks at the other and says, "I'll see you on the other side my friend." The other responds, "Yes my friend, we'll be there soon." And as they die, they smile.
Delicate, yet Courageous
The beginning notes sound so delicately placed, like a even a slight breeze would disturb them, the music then takes on a stoic strength... Astounding work as always Dan.
