one of the best games on newgrounds
I don't know what yurka is talking about the game is totally in sync
hard is a little fuzzy but close enogh to not be noticed.It's very hard when you first play because you don't learn the right things to do right away. This game will win the contest period.
Bad gameplay
The synchronization is absolutely horrible in this game, especially in Hyrule. This completely defeats this game's claim as a rhythm game, making it just another defense game with very distracting music playing in the background.
Other then that, the graphics and music were great. The style and originality were very unique.
Excellent game!
This is one of the sweetest rhythm games I've ever played. The bugs remind me a lot of centipede. I love the music. I've been a NESkimos fan for awhile, and the other bands were great too (Although I've yet to unlock the last song). While the game is quite difficult, I don't think it would be quite the same if it were easier. The only thing that's missing is a replay button. Anytime a song is failed you've got to go back to the main screen and choose the song again. It'd be easier to just have a replay button that would start you off at the beginning of the song.
good but...
First, you are obliged to do the easy song first. Second thing, every time you miss one, the little animation in the middle of the screen prevents you from seeing the incoming red bugs.
This game rocks!
I loved this game! Personally I found the difficulty just right. Any harder and it would definately be nearly impossible :P I look forward to unlocking "Insane" and seeing how hard it really is!
