It's good, no doubt, but...
Your voice seems like it can be used with many musics, and techno doesn't seem like a strength, but still with a lot of potential.
Keep working on this prototype of sound, because you have the potential to have a dark and seductive type of voice to go with the cold sound of electro music.

Could be good but..
but that electronic noises are just weird, it is nice to hear your voice clearly, but this experiment is kinda.. weird, well if you want to gather a bunch of mindless cildhs this works good :o
New sound
I love this experiment, and it definitely needs to be explored more. The contrast between the electronic sound and your voice is really cool, and I'd really like to hear it more. My only unfulfilled want for this song is length; It ends too soon for me. :-p
