Things to add:
Bomb counter,
Increase speed of bullets,
Make more enemies,
More effective power-ups,
A larger stage with a lot less spawning points,
Fix freezing glitches.
Liked the game overall though, just couldn't keep my attention for more then five minutes...

The game froze up, then after I let it load for awhile, it started cycling through a bunch of screens repeatedly... next time you post a flash, make it one that works? :)
the game works fine for me, and a lot of other people. Its probably your computer
Really glitchy
I don't know if this was just me or not, but when i tried to play this game, it kept freezing, and eventually just quit on me.
a bunch of problems
1) at some point the music stops, the records stop coming but the game does not end. You gotta work on some levels of some sort....
2) there is no counter/indicator for remaining bombs
3) the bulltets are slower than the guitar... come'on...
4) collision detection is a bit flaky.
5) I didn't like mouse-control, because it misbehave when I was moving slowly.
6) way too easy to double click accidentally.

Awesome. The only thing I can ask you to improve upon is the bombs: it would be a lot easier if they had their own button, like space bar, so that when you start out you don't waste 4 bombs trying to understand rapid-fire (Hold down fire,for those who don't know).
I especially liked how this game isn't just a falling bag game and it looks like it took some time to make
