Okay, say something constructive......
You might think about improving the sound quality a bit (the audio was a bit fuzzy) and a few "anime" background transitions could have helped (like with the lines). A good example would be like when Cartman was blasting everybody at the end of the South Park movie. Also, just a few more cuts of the DBZ character in different poses would have even helped. Other than that, great song choice and I liked Cartman's dancing.
Not bad for a first time submission.
