I've crapped out funnier stuff than that.
I happen to be making my own Mario Bloopers movie and if I learned something about good mario bloopers movies, it's that
1. Think of your own jokes(and make sure you can even laugh at them) even if there not funny, its better than seeing an over used joke over and over.
2. Don't over do it. It's stupid to go on and on with a joke, because even if it IS good, you lose your audience.
3. The flag pole thing, only do that once. If i had a dime for every time I saw a flag pole blooper, I wouldn't have to get a job. (well, I guess I still don't)
4. Blood and guts. All you did was the same thing over and over. Mario gets cracked and half, blood spills everywhere. I'm sorry, but watching that over and over doesn't appeal to me.
5. Graphics. One thing that irritates me is that you used drawing in your spriting. Drawing and spriting don't mix. And the title screen...omg...never draw a title screen. (unless you super good at drawing)
6. Music. Some are good, some arn't. Yours wasn't. It had low quality. And I didn't like it that much. But that's just me, some other people may like it.
7. Look at really great Mario Bloopers movies, watch them, and then think, "What can I do to be better than this movie?" that's what I am currently doing.
8. Go to the Newgrounds forums for flash help. I'm not saying this to be mean, I am a really great flash artist because of everyone on there.
9. Try again
10. Don't give up! I almost did, and if I did, i would never have started my flash projects.
And there's your 10 simple steps in making a better movie. The reason I kinda think this sucks, but I don't want you to give up is because I once made a really crappy movie like this, but since I tried again, I'm really good now. I think you can do the same. PM me if you want to learn some crazy tricks with flash.
