"i liked bits of the art style. but some stuff i dont think didn't quite go together as well as it could have. Like color choice or texture usage. But i liked the over all idea. Although the pacing was a bit off. you held on moments a bit to long and evenly, no matter what the context or rising action was. That's a very typical thing to see though. I mean so much is needed to be considered when making an animation and i've found myself becoming carried away on one thing, and because of that, weakening the rest of my piece.
One BIG suggestion is to find a new "whoosh" sound. That one version of a 'woosh' got really repetitive and you used it for every motion the characters did. especially with that quick, segmented "start-stop" approach to your animation.
I over all enjoyed the piece just trying to mention a couple things that maybe you might want to consider for next time. I hope i helped."
at the time loch slapped the scotsman and until the scots dropped from the fart and slap of the loch, there was some late? lag? boring? slow moments.. something.. more fish annoying the loch, the flash and loch looking where it is coming from was great, lol with the bear.. and the part where scots got a cell and took picture again was funny.. i also agree with sounds being repetitive..
