I guess it provided what it promised, but that wasn't really much and I thought it was going to be quite a bit more. This was extremely short, and really too short for me to enjoy it too much.
Everything you said in ^^needs improving^^ was what made it so great :P

Well, this is far too short. The badly drawn guy, jumping off a badly drawn cliff, hitting the ground and turning into a badly drawn mess.
I'd advise you to use a smaller pointer, when you draw your figures. That and zoom in, to get more control and a better looking picture when you finish. Granted it takes longer to do, but it's well worth it in the end, as you'll have a much better finished product.
Give us some background into the character - why is he comitting suicide? Has he left a note? How will his relatives deal with it? If you establish a plot, you can add this (or a better version of this) into a final product, which would make the whole thing much more rounded and acceptable.
