This was a good flash all in all, but there were some bad things... first, the framerate was really slow! you should have set it to 30 or higher... also, most of your lines were not straight, and that made it look much more unprofessional. there were lots of features, good! that duel game didnt work tough... and instead of using the same icons as windows, you should havemade your own.

Graphics: 3, because alot of the icons were out of position.
Style: 1, same old, same old.
Sound: 1, i would of given 0 but you did put in the windows start up sound, but when you clicked stop in WMP, the song continued.
Violence: 0, no violence.
Interactivity: 4, Like the start menu, although you can't open it when something is already up. Liking the paint.
Humor: 0, nothing funny.
Overall: 5, not too bad, not too good. Very average.
