AHHHHHH!!! HOLY SH!T !!!!!!

THAT'S THE BEST F@(KIN' GAME I'VE EVER PLAYED!!!!! I MEAN, HOLY GOD THAT WAS AMAZING!!!!!!! THAT SHOULD BE REFINED, AND RELEASED AS A CONSOLE GAME OR SOMTHING!!!!!!! AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!
! KILLING ZOMBIES FILLS ME WITH RAGE!!!!!!!!!

Your game rocked, but it had a huge ingame cheat.

dude! nice game! the concept was so awsome. but the laser cannon plus the upgrade for the bonus experiece points for damage over the enimy life limit made it too easy to rack up points. next time, if ever, make a harder version.

Amazing gore effects, Great design

The gore in this game is outstanding. The design of the zombies and way the blood spurts out of the zombies is beautiful (in a macabre sort of way). Some times there got so much gore it was hard for me to distinguish between the remains and the moving ones. Love the way the camera shakes when you shoot as well. Good RPG elements with very inventive power-ups. Solid game.

Another hit from Diseased Productions

Sean McGee is one of those artists where you go into a submission expecting quality. This title does not disappoint. While there are issues (becomes repetitive once higher weapons are unlocked), the early stages are tight, tense and extremely fun. Some highlights:

-Animations are smooth, with no flaws. The persistant blood can be seen by some as a drawback, but I like it -- it makes later, dark red enemies harder to see and helps add tension.

-Sound is simple and hard-hitting. No cheesey voice acting or scratchy samples, just what you need to hear how you need to hear it. Different weapons sound unique, which is nice.

-As always from McGee, weapons and upgrades are fun and exciting to unlock. He has great attention to detail regarding his firearms, with some liberties taken for gameplay. Yes, while a Desert Eagle is useless in actual combat and can't hold 30 rounds, zombies usually don't storm fortresses in real life either. Deal with it.

-I absolutely LOVE the screen-shaking recoil effect. Subtle, but it really hightens the atmosphere.

I'd love to see a sequel to this, I think it could even eclipse the Thing-Thing series (certainly the Stinky Bean series!). Some ideas for a sequel:

-More base upgrades, especially static defenses. Chain-link fence, antipersonnel mines, sentry guns, etc.

-Limited ammunition bought between rounds. Increases the tension, and adds the possibility of specialised ammo -- incendiary tracer rounds, dragon's breath shotshells, DU 30mm rounds, etc.

-Melee combat! Starting with simple fists, with upgrades. Zombie Horde has a nice implementation of this.

-Unlockable special abilities (with an energy bar that can be upgraded, of course). Slow motion, increased damage, temp invulnerability, etc.

All in all, this is a great game, and will be my preferred way to kill time for a good while from the looks of it. Come on, you zombie bastards, come get some hot steel!
