beating Streak:
use two sacrifices in a row, then slide tackle to regain mp, then heal yourself, slide tackle and use sacrifice again (now streak is down to about 400HP) then keep using slide tackle then sacrifice, when your heakth reaches below 200 heal yourself until it is above 200, pretty soon streak will be defeated, easy!
another, much easier way to get past him is just go to scene select in the main menu, then pick the first box "Skiping RPG Fights"
you are instantly taken to the point of when Kyros has just won the fight

I killed the boss in my first try.Just hurt him untill u have half life,slide then heal,slide then heal,repeat until u win.
Splendid.
Eagerly I await the next of the series.
Seeing as how it was released somewhat lately, this may be the first series I've enjoyed that actually gets finished.
