Reviews for "Virus Alert - "Weird Al""

Ha Ha!!! BRILLIANT I SAY!

I have to hand it to you..this was the best music video I have ever seen, I mean OH MY GAWD! it was one thign after another like some sort of diesel engine powered potato gun of +5 Insane Laughter. I love the style, the way you captured the expression of how Wierd Al must have looked like while singing, the school play with the viruses, pure genius.

What's that? cameo apperances of damn near every character you've made at one point or another?...BRILLIANT!!!!! I loved "Stan" popping up in the background when everything was on fire, perfect timing.

All in all...BRILLIANT!...as thanks I shall give you 500 dollars in gold!
*leaves a breifcase of of I.O.Us for 500 dollars....but they ARE really nice sticky notes and were written with a gold colored crayon*

wow

you impressed me ,the lip syncing was percent movement was natural gj daily 5/5:)

Awesome flash!

I actually saw this video on the Weird Al album, and it looks even better than before! I'm glad that I have the chance to actually review this! Here it goes:

Graphics: 8/10. The graphics were excellent. Even though they weren't breathtaking or revolutionary, the backgrounds were very well-drawn (and interesting), and there was a lot of variety in the animation. There could have been a little more motion in the backgrounds, though. In addition, the scrolling "matrix" text in the background was also pretty cool.

Style: 10/10. The style was awesome! The animation on the screen synced up with what was being said in the song very well, and the comic style of the flash perfectly fit the the style of the song. Absolutely no complaints here.

Sound: 10/10. Weird Al rocks! In addition, the music quality was good, as there was no scratches or skips in the sound.

Violence: N/A. There wasn't that much violence, so I didn't rate this category. I put it as a 0/10 when I rated it, but it didn't factor into the overall rating.

Interactivity: N/A. This was a movie, not a game. Therefore, I couldn't rate this category, and did the same thing I did with violence.

Humor: 10/10 (maybe 11/10?) This (along with the style - they went hand in hand) was the high point of the flash. Taking the lyrics of the song literally was the best (and most humorous route), and the flash was very funny as a result. The song was also very funny, which was another reason this flash was humorous. Absolutely no complaints here.

Overall: 9.5/10 (rounded up to 10/10). The graphics could have used some improvement (especially with a few of the static backgrounds), but the style, music, and humor in this flash were great enough to overpower any minor graphical complaints. Therefore, I give this flash a 10/10.

Excellent...

Wow man Dave, awesome vid u got here, so thumbs up for you ^.^
And btw, for the viewers who think this has been ripped from Al's cd/dvd 'straight outta lynewood' or whatever it is called, it is not ripped, ecause the man himself, Al, asked Dave to make this vid for this song, so it is not ripped, it is in matter of fact original content! you the man, Dave. Peace

nice.

"Weird Al" rules, and this is pretty good too. Just one thing: at the end, when he selects the button, there's no text, but in the straight outta lynwood dvd, there is text! ? Also, it feels better to see the tank logo on the straight outta lynwood dvd than hear for some reason. The game is pretty fun. There should be more "Weird Al" games. And no, I don't need his autograph; I already have it.
