A strange but moving piece of work

Feel sorry for the poor mummy mouse (hamster) for bein dead. Shame that the baby mouse (hamster) won't have a female role model anymore and will probably grow up with a supreme lack of respect for female mouses (hamsters)

Liked the whole thing, from beginning to end, smoothe graphics, well drawn, and like i said, it moved me.

A few points would make it better (in my opinion)

1. Make it longer, a bit more of a indepth view of the violence would make the loss far more poiniont.
2. The ones being killed should have been German.
3. The mice shouldn't look like hamsters (thats why you got 2 for humour)

Other than that, i enjoyed it and just wish i coudl make the poor little bugger smile again. I love mice! (hamsters!)

moving

that has been one of the only pieces of flash i have ever seen that was genuinely moving, visually very ambitious, in reference to the previous review, i think it is better without a start button and also i understand the silence at the begining, but its silent for a little too long, first time i watched it i got to the point just before the sound starts and was wondering if there was any at all as there must be a good 15-20 seconds without, otherwise fantastic job! well done!

i think it could have been a lil more ... i dunno what word to use here... obvous? what the squarl was going for i guess?

like hes wondering around aimlessly i assume and finds his mom? and i didnt get the consept of the flower either
bascally id say it was visually beautiful (could be better but everything can always get better and its alot better then most)
some of the scenes were great like i loved the gun shootin the bullet, gernade tossed into the building, and the guy covering his face from the wall of bullets (coulda had a few less but still awesome)

thats just my take on it sorry for spelling and stuff :P please keep up the good work and good choice in music :)

Very well done.

I enjoyed this very much. Thought provoking and beautiful. Great choice of music as well. The only thing I would say is that it needs some sounds in the opening. When I didn't hear any sound I was actually thinking of not sitting through the flash. Not music exactly, maybe gunshots, but not too loud to keep with the feel of the silence you wanted. Also a play button would be nice too. I looked away and had no idea the flash was playing until I looked back remembering it had loaded. Aside from that I love the way it was executed.

you MUST tell me the name of that song playing, its BEAUTIFUL!!! i love this flash, very heartwarming and truthfull. its amazing to see what can be viewed through the eyes of an animal as oppose to a human. as they watch us fight among ourselves, they probably wonder why we're doing it. BUT I REALLY WANT TO KNOW THAT SONG!! SOMEONE MUST TELL ME PLEASE!!!!

The song and band is on the beginning of the animation, I believe that it is Visions of La by Slowdive on Pygmalion album.
