Could use some changes
I liked the concept and th music and such but the main problem was with the arrow keys. You should have put it where the movement keys were wasd keys. It would be much easier to move. I control the mouse with my right hand so both hands were like right next to each other. Was an akward position. One rule of thumb is to make sure that to play the hands are comfrotable

the graphics were better than plain stick figures, but that's about all i can say on that. your style was passable, at best. no sound, no violence, no humor. interactivity sucks, because the controls are hard. if i'm moving the mouse with my right hand, and moving the dude around with my left, it's going to be a pain in the ass for me to erase the lines. it should have been the delete key or 0 on the keypad or something convienient. the mouse and keyboard at the same time is akward enough...
Great, but things hold it back.
Great game, but here's how you could improve.
Switch to a horizontal setting with alot of verticle room.
Change the chasey thingy to perhaps stationary/ patrolling enemies, and then use a slower chaser to force the player to hurry.
A nice attempt, but you needs some improvement.
Interesting concept, but this isn't the first line drawing game I've seen. However, I haven't seen a game implemented quite this way, collecting coins and such.

New idea?
I'm sorry, this is the combination of the overmilked collect-type game and the currently overused linedrawing games. I think that you should work on your collision detections, physics (like the *NOT* bouncing ball of death).
All in all, if you changed a few things here and there, (say making the ability to draw lines to walk on in order to solve puzzles,trapping enemies, ect) , i'm sure you'll come up with something much better.
