similar to other flash movies i've seen, but you did a pretty good job. Animation was smooth, and had good fight elements to it. The black and white with red blood was interesting.
One suggestion though - SOUND! You need some kindof background music. Battle music for the battles, and maybe some slow trumpet or piano for the intro - to really set the mood.
Another thing I noticed is that different elements were drawn with different pens. Straight lines were a pixel wide, while characters and other items were thick.
And fix the helicopter! it just looked bad.
This could be a good series. Come up with some more story about the main character or the leader, and it has some promise.
