Well you did a lot better in this episode then the previous one but i still think you suffer from dragging the story out for so long, you should just get to the point and move on, if you tighten your writing you'll notice a much more professional looking flash at the end. The sound effects used were good though, and your jokes weren't as bad as last time. Overall im glad to see you improve slowly.

Seriously... little things you could take ur animations somewhere... one thing i DID like was when the kid piped up and the crowed "turned to face him"....
Oh and the Chief running over some poof with a warthog heh... but apart from that... you could have done a much better job.
