Well here is the problem with this cartoon...
At the very start where there is a stand off, goku looks as if he is severly retarded. It isn't long enough, and there wasn't much contest, it's basically punch punch punch, vegeta does big bang or something, then goku kamehameha's and kills vegeta. make it longer with more contest and it wouldn't be too bad, even now its slightly entertaining. But definetly could be better.

This was pretty decent for a Dragon Ball Z parody. I really liked the cartoonish classic DBZ graphics with the lines over the character's bodies and hair and the sound was good and it worked well with no sound, unlike some other DBZ flashes ive seen when there were no voiceovers but it seemed like there should have been. All i can suggest here is to make it a tad longer, butother than that decent stuff :)

Pretty cool
There's no background, but the music's good and you have good art. If you put music and art together in one, then put in small bits of background and create a full-length movie, it'll be liked alot. It's really good, keep trying!
