Lovely

Simple and maybe even a bit monotonous, but I think it's what makes this piece really good. It just sets the mood in a certain direction, you know?

Listened to it while it was snowing outside, last night. Turned around, looked at the clock and realized I've been having it on replay for about 45 minutes, while looking out the window, without even noticing. I can't remember the last time that's happened. Maybe it was with Broove's "Heartbeats"...But anyway, I'm carrying away with that, here.

All in all - it's a great piece!

However, I keep thinking it could benefit from a few pauses here and there, between the...verses should I call them?

Also, perhaps a slightly louder settings for that pad (or what I think is a pad), you're using for a background melody.

Other than that, I really can't think of anything that might make this better than it already is.

Awesome, but on a deeper note, it fits a scene perfectly for the visual novel I'm working on.

Without all the boring details... it's a little past midnight, snow covering everything in the apartment complex. The protagonist wakes up to find his family dead, along with his childhood friend/girlfriend's family dead as well, but she's still alive. Her apartment is on fire, but she managed to crawl out, lying in the snow, injured and dying. The story goes on about how he tries to save her using his magic, but with police/fire fighters/EMTs arriving, he's presented with problems right off the bat.

I've had it on loop for around 30 minutes now, it's awesome. The simplicity might make the song a little difficult to stand alone, but it fits as background music very well and especially the visual novel scene.

Nice, but still it can be better.

I must tell you that I liked your composition from the first note. From musical aspect I think it is nice, but I would change a reverb a little and maybe add background sounds? Dunno, but I expected even more, than this one.

Hey, thanks for reviewing. The reverb is a convolution reverb with a bit of pre delay and large hall size -- I wanted to create the effect of a piano playing in the distance. Thanks again.

Ah the nice soft score reminds me of the flower girl from Final Fantasy 7. Ever so many years ago... Very lovely.

OMG, this is so beautiful. I love it. It's so emotional, tells so much, it reflects on your life and soul. Makes me look back.. and think of all the things i've done, and could've done. So smooth and soothing. Shows so much emotion. Please tell me there's more.
