Ok, I'll try to be nice here. I could see that it was supposed to be funny, but all I could manage was a squimish "ha ha." In my opinion, the best part of the cartoon was the beginning in which there were actually animated characters, and those were far from bad. I highly suggest you animate the whole thing next time, otherwise, you'll probably get the same thing from me next time.
