he gave him all the info to start the Purple Flame. At first I had no clue, but could it possibly be the creator of the Kagemamoru virus trying to get vengeance on the Netkings through a deceptive moderator?
Just think about it...
that's what I've been thinking.
The guy who created Kagamamoru may also have created the D-Bug after they fired him and sent him into the game. since he knew about Motherboard, he could have guessed what the Virus might be capable when combined with her. As a result, he could have sent a detailed message on what would happen and how someone could take advantage of it to everyone's favorite purple haired pain in the ass. It all connects weirdly well.
