well, not a big fan of clocks... but, you had decent animation... the sounds could be a bit better.... i only made out a few words of the whole thing

The joke is that RadioTube is drunk.
Splatter's TERRIBLE joke is "Why don't seaguls fly in the bay?" "Because they don't want to be bagels!" Da Bum Kshh.

Just some constructive critizism....
First off...you may want to go and find out what its actually like to be drunk...cause I have never once seen a drunk person ramble insanly like that, or maybe im just not hanging around the right binge drinkers.
Second, the sound is horrible, i almost had to click out of it because the insessant whining was unbearable...
Third, the joke kinda sucked.....
However! The animation was great and the art was fantastic, keep up the good work!
The voices are supposed to be that way, and the joke is supposed to suck more than just sucking. I have seen many drunks in my life who insanely ramble. (One went on about how the world shouldn't be discriminating red, blue, and green people.) Anyway, check out my other submissions, they're better.
