But that's really not how it works. The lungs absorb about 1/16 of the O2 in the air every time you inhale, then the O2 gets absorbed by your red blood cells and then the lungs expels the rest. Thats the real explanation.
Sorry, biology taking over. the movie itself is pretty cute and the way you show the O2 getting killed was very funny!
