Nice Girl!
I've given worse art a 10 but since you are exceptionally good I'll be more critical. Everything is good but I discourage you from using photograph (flash) lighting on your figures. Also having the figure way at the bottom and the main bulk of the composition the purple sky doesn't make good use of focus. That's why it seems you tried to make up for it with the transparent double up top.
Still in pure honesty its a great picture, beautiful face, better than most stuff on here technically, and I really enjoyed the artwork. :)
