Regardless of being nude or non-nude it still would have the same feel to it because it just pushes the line of erotic but never goes past. The reason is your eyes gravitate towards the face and the expression she is making. Sure you would stare at the breast if the had a skimpy top, pasties, or nothing showing a bump for a nipple but you would still be drawn to the face.
The main reason is because of the way it is drawn, if you made it where hip, butt, breast or vagina was prominently forced outwards then it would be considered erotic, this is more like a naked chick smoking, cute with a little attitude.
Great job and stop with this internal battle with what others might think, you are the creator so it depends on what you would like, if it was commissioned then that would be a different story. Mainly draw what you would like to see, if people are upset about it well they can learn to accept it. I mean they had to with other internet sites changing the way the headers and how things or displayed so they can accept your decisions as well.
