Reviews for "Blackjack Gold"

Good

I liked this version. But, and I'm not sure if this happened to anyone else, but I think that every time you have a 12 or over and you press hit, it always gives you a 10 or face card. And the one time I got a 21 and everything looked good, the dealer got a blackjack. This game cheats! But I still liked it.

Excellent casino black-jack

Good graphics...and excellent black jack play. Just like losing my money in vegas. Sound was a little non-exhistant but that
's not your strong point is it.

any-how GREAT game.

and to the noob who thinks you win w/ 5 cards...check the rules will ya. Vegas doesn't care how many cards you have if the dealer wins...you lose!

it was very good

this was a very good game. i learned some rules and some words. but back to the game, it was very good!!!! u should try it!!! :D

4/5

I really enjoyed this game. I enjoy card games alot in real like, so this genre of games really appeals to me. The betting system was pretty good, I got lost in it for about twenty minutes. The gameplay got stale after a while though, a goal to go for (like a certain amount of money to get in a time limit) would have been nice.

The graphics were also pretty good. Everything had a pretty nice design, and the colors were authentic. The chips lookeds rather sloppy though, that could have been improved.

This game is definitely NOT a piece of crap.

Great Blackjack game. I must say, it emulates the actual experience quite well (save for having no visible human dealer.) I saw no apparent flaws.

Some possible improvements:
1.) Add a "Take Winnings" button for players to end their current session and have their final score posted on a high-score table.
2.) Allow players to input their bet by typing it in the text box. The current system is a little slow if you want to bet high. Plus, it would let players bet in multiples of 5.

Graphics: It looks like a real Blackjack table, with the house rules on it and everything. The interface toolbar was pretty nice too.

Style: Like I said before, it emulates that casino feel quite well.

Sound: Pleasant and soothing. Even losing a hand sounds nice.

Violence: None.

Interactivity: It has all the options that real Blackjack offers you, including doubling down and insurance. Very nice. The betting system takes it down to a 9 though.

Humor: None.

Again, keep up the good work.
