Well, it's okay
It seemed like a parody of the Powerpuff Girls.
It had it's funny moments.
And the animation is very good.
But it seemed... to be missing something...

GHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHahhahhha! man that was brilliant!, bit poorly put together but im guessin that was for comic effect ^^ best joke in the entire thing is at the end by far! "Ohhh shit!" his voice was classic :P kinda like what Burnt Face man series would look like if you where taking speed/acid and some other weird weird drug.. you wernt high making this where you? lol if so I want in :P haha

The graphics were not too special, the sound was OK, but the best part about this flash is its humor. It was laugh out loud funny. Nice Work

The humour to me is the most important part, and I'm glad that others felt that way too.
Sparse, but Amusing
I have to admit, you do quite a good job with random-style humor. Just give your cartoon more direction. Headache Man is okay now, but he has the potential of becoming AWSOME if you just flesh out his character and give him a better situation to show his talents, which are at the moment unclear.
On a side note, while your randomness is funny, it sometimes hinders the quality of your work by making it scattered and meaningless. Randomness in measured amounts is great, but you're out of control. Hone your random skills and you will become truely funny.
