Pure Newgrounds Material

Since most of you people are new (I consider you new if you've been here since year 2000 or later) to newgrounds you don't exactly understand the theme to newgrounds and most of the time complain about things being sick and whining to Tom about it. Tom replies to you with a witty letter smacking your whining little ass to the floor. If you can't handle disturbing things don't go to this site until your ready and don't whine on the reviews.

Anyway back to the point, as a Newgrounds Fan from 1998 and aware of authors at a later point I've been a fan of Lokken's work since Sloth and Reading Rainbow. This is one of his best works yet. His site also kicks ass too. I voted a 5 for this one and you should too. (Reading Rainbow sound)

Grusome, but funny

I really enjoyed this one. The music was great, and the timing was really good. The animation was a smidge rudimentary, but hey, better than sticks or wiggling blobs. I am a fan of the slightly disturbed and the macabre, so this was right up my alley. I would enjoy seeing more.

About the old geezer

He reminded me of the guy from Tales from the Darkside

from one of the masters!

honestly, i really did like it, even though the animation left something to be desired. but really the point of this review is to shove the previous review out of the main page, because it ruins the ending. how inconsiderate.

Bravo

I really enjoyed it, nice subtle foreshadowing with the ghost and then great revelation with her body in the basement. I'm mostly curious where you got the aria "Dido's Lament" from Purcell's Dido and Aeneas mixed like that. Please e-mail me and let me know!

JeremyLokken responds:

My friend Andrea sent me an email list of many songs to listen to and review. Dido - Aria was on it. So I searched softwares that people can share songs, and I found it! Over many weeks of listening to it (and others on the list) off and on, I finally developed a story that would go with it. Don't you just love this type of music? Thanks for the further detail about the mix, I did not know that info! Dido is awesome!
