Why would someone dislike your art just because it's anime-style? I don't like jazz music, for example, but I wouldn't to a jazz musician and say "This is bad music, because it's jazz."
Anyway, I like it, except what the one guy said about the bust/left knee.
...I happen to like busts, so I noticed that. But I only noticed the knee due to the comments.

Nice handdrawing, very good use of color and shading.
However it is apparent in this picture that her cleavage is supposed to be a big selling point, so try 'hinting' towards it a little more better by for instance shadowing/clothes folding around her buste.
Also the left leg (HER left) looks a bit unnatural around her knee.
Other than that nice picture, good job.
