I'm stuck on level 23. I've been stuck on that level for like 2 weeks now lol

Literally the question is "What year in the 20th century has digits that add up to 23?"
The 20th century takes place between 1900-1999
If you can't add for some reason then try typing every year one at a time until you proceed.
1900
1901
1902
1903
etc...

This is a very fun puzzler it took me an hour but I completed the whole thing I will never do i again...

I somehow very much doubt you beat this in an hour.
I don't believe Stephen Hawkin after being stimulated with 5 Redbull could complete this in an hour and if he had a team of the top 5 scientists as his assistants.
