Graphics: Way too many gradients, you used Kai's sprites instead of your own (that's lazy), too many movie clips, very choppy, horrible backgrounds and perspective, that head, so misplaced, on the side of the intro screen... Need I go on?
Style: This didn't really make sense. It had no solid plot.
Sound: Music was used from Depredation. Good music, but it seemed better than the animation itself.
Violence: Killing was done horribly. Still, it's Madness violence.
Interactivity: Only a Play button?
Humor: I yawned.
Overall: You better have a etter second installment, because that will be two animation composed of fail you've made. Make a plot, don't use 12 fps, make smooth motions, make better graphics, and use less gradients, because it looked like there were two red lights outside, the happened to be placed, when viewed from the window, in the center of the window view.
Also, don't make fun of Chaos or NinjaPoo. They are way better animators than you. You apparently haven't seen their stuff. And Anti-Clock Day was way better than this, man.
