Entertaining! Just one problem
I'm not the first to say this and I probably won't be the last: the lip syncing was off at the end. It was especially noticeable during the Team Rocket Double Trouble skit at the very end.
Fix that, and put in a long skit, and you've got yourself a winner.

Graphics: Slightly more grainy than all of the others, especially Ashford's stuff. He didn't have a problem; why did you? But they're from the game so I won't argue with them.
Style: It's the typical Phoenix Wrong style, though your creativity points are lacking. "Phoenix Incorrect" was probably supposed to be a cute play on the original name of the parodies by AshfordPride; it isn't really cute at all, though.
Sound: Nothing matched up. At all. And some of the clips were incomprehensible.
Violence: There wasn't any.
Interactivity: None.
Humor: Vaguely amusing, but nothing compared to some of the other stuff that's out there.
Overall: There are a lot of problems with this submission. If you're going to go for something less risqué like you did, which is ballsy I must admit because it won't appeal to as many members of the audience, you need to make sure that you don't skimp on the details - recording volumes, synching, and even choice of clip can make all the difference when dealing with a potentially more difficult crowd. With some work, you could probably make a few great "family-friendly" submissions in the future.
