It's a song, sung by "Richard Cheese" and accompanied by his fellow band members. It's a lounge version remake of Chop Suey, originally sung by System of a Down
Not the Angry White Boy Polka, but it works.
I've always been a sucker for a good lounging-up of a quasi-recent tune. And the look, while not exactly Michaelangelo, matches the music and theme perfectly well. Nice job.
