It was really nice to see the creation process on stream, its why I tune in to most, but none the less, its awesome. I'm not too familiar with the intricacies of pixel art, so forgive for sounding quite spastic. First of all, as a FAN art, this emulates Synj's style incredibly well. The colours, like the game, are bright and flashy and I can imagine trying to cell shade with pixels would be quite fiddly. The design is on point, even when i'm close up to my monitor, none of the pixels look out of place and almost perfectly aligned. The only issue I actually have is the background, I believe if you put something like a stylised graphic or even something Castle-Crasher themed it would have made the piece pop out a little bit more. Nothing too complex but I thought it might have added to it. However, im not to knowledgeable about art like this and i'd have to try it for myself to see what its like.
But anyway, I genuinely liked this, I thought it was a neat piece of fan art and a really cool homage to a really cool game
