For a Largely English-based Community...
I think this movie is incredibly good.The Graphics are nice,Humor was...humorous,but I think that the Sound needs to be in English.
I have nothing against France,or it's people,but I don't really speak French,and I can safely say at least 3/4 of Newgrounds doesn't either.
Your art style is original,and F.E.A.R,the game,rocks;I just can't understand the language,and that frustrates me,so: no.

well, i dont know a lot of french despite taking courses in school, but i did recognize key words and stuff, so i was able to understand this one. it had a nice plot to it, good graphics and audio, cool entertainment and your efforts were nice.

If you have to warn people
about it being in french, then you have already realized there is a major problem. It could be ok in French if the dialogue wasn't necessary to understand what was happening, but I think it is important, since I couldn't really understand what was happening.
The voice seemed very clear to the point that subtitling it was unnecessary, except that you should have used the subtitles to translate as you obviously knew the majority of people wouldn't understand. I assume you are bilingual, so shouldn't have a problem with English subtitling, but if you aren't, there are plenty of good translator programs available.
If this doesn't pass, I hope you resubmit it with English subtitles, as I am curious to understand your movie.
yeah i will probably do an english version but there are alot of english stuff here ! If you didn't like, i hope you'll like my other... i will only do the subtitles in english i think.

Terrible...I am sorry. You have to work on animation...colours theme and characters. They were all very weak.
ok ok... i looked in your profile and yes you did alot of flashs... but this is my second one ! and if you look at my first: "intelligent guys", you'll see the amelioration ! by the way... the episode 2 of intelligent guys will have voices... i'm almost finished ! (i say that in the case of if you see the episode one and you find it "Terrible" !)
