First and for most. I love foamy. I think he's hilarious.
Moving on from that,
I was almost going to say, it's good but very un-foamy like. then the words appeared. Kind of weak but better than him just being a pansy. Though the Hot topic merch thing wasn't all that funny.
The animation was alright, the music was a little depressing but not bad. I loved the little squeaky noise he made when the flash reaper squeezed him real tight. 7

i really have nothing but good words for this flash, it is well drawn and very funny. with a hint or seriousness at the begining.
but there a few things that i would like to say
1. i'm not deducting points for this but im actually a fan of naruto and zelda and they are still pretty popular so why are naruto and link down there?
2. did ill will press give you permission to use there idea or was this made before it came around... cause seriously i couldnt imagine them letting you dis foamy this way
3rd and finally great job on animation and the speech between foamy and the reaper this was a great flash and i hope that you keep making excellent ones in the future

Thats a sad one man, not nice, by the way Germaine wont be happy, esspecally to know her pets dead and he rocks. Nothing more to say.
just a tidbit
the animation was really good and i liked your idea.
the only thing i have to say honestly, is that cartoons really do reuse their animations. like the simpsons and ed edd and eddy. They make a cell animation and then reuse it for the rest of the series (unless of course a character gets redesigned) it allows the animations to stay consistant.

Well, the graphics are really, really good. That, and you make a good point with the whole point of being redrawn, along with the other animations posted that are usually using the same humor over-and-over again. (All of the guys in the well, is what I mean.)
But in comes my negative views.
First off, with the re-drawing: Though you're right about it, so what if he hasn't been made with too many different animations? Does he really need them? Frankly, did Germaine even need to be tuned up? I don't think so, because that's not the point of Neurotically Yours. Illwill is proving a point, (or going on a rant, take your pick,) and you don't need wicked-awesome animations to do so.
Secondly, how you bash the humor created for Foamy but like Germaine's is ridiculous. Though Foamy's humor is pretty much the same, he's changing topics. Germaine, on the other hand, will ususally stick to the conversations of "female opression". Not that I don't agree with a lot of the things she says, and her voice actress, God bless her, does a great job, but she just seems a little bland compared to Foamy.
Portraying Germaine as being happy that Foamy is finally gone has nothing to do with me liking her. I hate her as much as Foamy. Illwillpress only uses Germaine as a tool to lure in viewers by taking a screenshot of her boobs or her licking some phallic shaped object.
And what do you mean so what? So, it'd be okay if people just re-used the same drawings for a decade now? What if all cartoons were like that, I think people would be pretty upset. Unless they like to be fed recycled material their entire lives.
Then again that wouldn't surprise me, considering today's standard of entertainment. Foamy has done nothing to help the flash animation community, and the success of Jonathan's work is only proof that people don't know what entertainment used to be.
