In the time Ill Will has spend flogging this dead horse of a 'series' he could have improved, gotten into the proper industry and become someone great.

...though I disagree with your opinion on the series. I actually enjoy them more now (despite Germaine becoming a "sex symbol"). The old formula of just Foamy endlessly bitching about society got really old really fast and the new "direction" is a refreshing change of pace.
I really like the interaction with other characters, the more dynamic animation style, and the minor reduction in Foamy's "frame popping" and drifting from the older flashes. Personally, I think the series is doing better. After all, I'm not looking for moral highs or decency when I watch Foamy (or come to Newgrounds, for that matter), I just want to see some decently drawn and animated crude humor.
No matter what I say, your opinion is yours and I can't change that. You expressed it wonderfully (much better than some of the other anti-foamy stuff posted here) with a great atmosphere, rather smooth animation, and what I think is fitting background music. My only gripe? You left out his nose!
Point well made
A good point made and put across well (even with a few flaws).
I do think the Foamy creator has gone from his initial idea and has hidden sub plots that only long term fans etc will understnad ie Germaine's change in dress etc.
I think Foamy should stop before it embarrases it's self and ruin previous success.
Overall good animation, plot and reason, however I think the music could of been different but I guess that's personal taste.

After reading your explanation for this video, it's obvious that you are not exactly a person who follows the Foamy Series.
The real reason behind Germaine "becoming a sex symbol", as you put it, is due to a subplot that is available only to viewers who buy the DVDs. There is a roommate known as the "Cute Mute" or "Mutie" who is more or less a feminine rival for Germaine. Thus, her sudden sexuality is due to competing with her roommate.
To be honest, I forgot the exact wording, but I DO remember J.I.M. talking about a hidden meaning behind it all. Since I do not recall nor do I have the newsletter it discusses the subject matter in, I'm just going to be cheap and say "You'll have to discover that meaning yourself".
But, that's just another rant coming from a listener of the ranting squirrel. Great job on the animation, though.
Good animation
Although I don't agree with the subject matter (I do enjoy the comments against aspects of a political nature and society as a whole), the animation was very well done. I like the effect of the refection off the water. The style of the animation remained consistent, though, in my personal opinion, Foamy, as portrayed here, should have been a little more persistent in not falling down the well. I liked how there is no talking but the song in the background which definitely shows a change in mood when the animation goes back to Flash City to the party. A very good animation with a good story, kudos.
