Reviews for "Revenge of the Kongs"

Brilliant

I like how the story went...but why did those two kongs have to die?! T_T

Everything was great.

Please learn to be more original

That seriously had to be the worst mix of pop culture references in a flash film ever. If you are going to spend so much of your free time creatingn and making a sprite movie like this then why not take the extra effort to have your own ideas instead of seeing a bunch of rercent movies and saying, "wow I could put those in a sprite movie and make it great". Try harder!

Murderer!!!

first of all what the hell is wrong with u dude. Killing Dixie and Baby Kong, you're really fucked up. In the begining when DK dies is quite dumb. Althought he is stupid, he's atleast smart enought to run from a bomb. This video sucked. Especially when Dixie died. I can't believe u killed Dixie. Out of all the monkeys left you just had to kill Dixie. Jackass!!!!!!!!! She is the coolest monkey in the game and you killed her!! Don't ever make another video about the Kongs.

...Wow.

That was absolutely brilliant. Not only was it well-animated and beautifully directed, with perfect music selection (I could identify every song you used, but if you couldn't, one would assume you composed it all yourself. It's THAT fitting.) and great sound effects, but you used SPRITES. That's the beauty of this movie, it's the fact that you used sprites from a single game series and made a truly epic and unique Flash that had me at the edge of my seat the whole time. Of course, it helps if you love Donkey Kong Country as much as I do, but you put such a fresh spin on everything. You made sprite movies so much more than just a novelty, and it takes a HUGE grip and mastery on the genre to do that, as it's usually incredibly lame and gimmicky.

Wow. I'm inspired. You've earned a spot on my favorites list, permanently. I have to tell you, though, that it's still not flawless. I was not a fan of your voice-acting for Cranky (though I liked the dialogue itself) and there were a few parts where there was obvious slow-down in the visuals. But that's all entirely excusable. Kudos, Kudos, Kudos times 100. Thank you for making my day. I look forward to more.

Holy cow...

Dude, i love how you have turned a beloved game into something of epic proportions... although dismal in details (a quite a few cliffhangers), this piece sustains itself on its pure genius and the need for more. Great work.
