Reviews for "Flashburn - Crimson Keys"

This isn't ambient...

however I won't downrate because of that, because this song is VERY cool!

The melodies and such are too busy for it to be ambient, but I love the melodies to bits, they're so cool! Your synth choices might not be in the best interest of the rest of the song, but I like the piano and bass and the drums are fine too. Anyway, I find this to be better than crystal keys and is my new favorite of yours. Good job man!

I know its not ambient but what else is it then?? Anyways thanks for the review

Wow

Overall it sounds fantastic I will say there is a bit much delay on the piano but it still sounds awesome. The beat that came in after a little while sounded great behind the piano and the piano itself sounded amazing.Great job man.

Flashburn responds:

wow my first review from a "metalhead" im honored, haha well thanks for the review

hello

hey, looks like im finally gettting around to writing you a review.

The piano is, very nice to be very frank.
But...theres a little too much delay on it, man.

When the big rev-crash came in i was looking foreward to more...fuller drums, lets say.

When the trance synth comes in, its when the song should come to a major climax.

even if u dont want it to, it just...HAS to happen man. I jsut have that feeling that it needs to be much fuller...

So, im thinking that you need a nice, deep booming kick, an awesome open hi hat, and a smooth clap, with rides.

The melody (on the 3XOsc) is great.

Its so original...

greqat, but could be SO much better.

So u get 9/10

Oh yeah, it's official.

I love you. That's that. Piano sounded great, was that you feeding a keyboard or something into your machine, or was that computer generated? Either way, it was masterfully created, the beat kicked in at the perfect spot, the bass was subliminal, yet fluid. Oh yeah... 5up!

Sincerely,
A Random NG User whom you neither know, nor care about.

Flashburn responds:

Well I really appreciate the review and to answer your question the track was done 100% in FL studio 5. A computer program thanks for the 5!
