Brilliant Idea!
This was a really great idea for a game, and was one helluva surprise after those first few seconds. Thank you for keeping the score in the moving frame (as opposed to up with the health), since it was the only thing that I could really use as a point of reference.
The only thing I could say particularly negative is that I didn't really notice anything that the powerups were doing. Other than that, great game!

I will be organizing a class action lawsuit against you with everyone who has played this game, because it kicked so much ass that we all went blind. Very awesome game. Very very awesome. You get a ten for humor just because I was laughing my ass off when it started getting all crazy.
