Excellent points that could be made grand with more work.
This would be a great little game for a hand-held device if given capability, and a bit of tweaking with the combative system. Given that, I'd have a lot of fun with this game.
While the graphics may not be stellar, there is no lag on a fairly decent computer, and while the zombies may slide, they aren't a static pixie that just slides against you for damage in most cases. For the ones that have an attack animation, nice work.
However, I must reiterate a few points made before;
First, having all five weapons at once may be nice, especially given the scarcity of ammunition, but that would be nicer if the zombies were tougher. Less ammunition inventory, more health to the zombies, or less damage on the weapons could each rectify this easily.
Second, movement speed. While I'm not surprised that this guy moves like a slug toting all the weapons, speed that low is not conducive to a survival mode, especially when the zombies move at twice your speed at least. Simple fix would be to increase the base speed of the character, or slow the zombies to a much closer speed.
Third, the projectiles system. While it's not terrible that your bullets land where you aim them, it is quite the learning curve when they don't hit the zombie between you and the reticule. This factor right here is what makes this game such a pain in the @ss when it comes down to the combat interaction. If not for that, the zombies would HAVE to be much tougher to be dangerous.
Fourth and finally, the bleeding factor. Personally, this is a stellar aspect to add into the game, as in reality, wounds don't open and stay dry. However, the fact that using a medkit doesn't affect bleeding at all is what makes it such a rough addition to the game; on hit from a zombie is a certain death sentence, and you can only delay it. ...Very quick way to find a lot of angry players.
Fifth, the best touch - option to pick your background ambiance. This option is what really made this game interesting to me, as I wasn't arbitrarily stuck with a questionably fitting soundtrack. This is a trend to continue in future works, as the mute button could do with a sabbatical from all the zombie games of today.
Overall, 3.5 because it is still fun with the rough kinks in it. Worth playing, but not easy to keep playing for extended periods of time. With some work, however, that would very easily change.
Keep trying there, you're on the right track!
