Reviews for "Sea of Fire"

Broken.

Flame throwers are over powered, Snipers cannot counter them because their range is teh same. The enemy spams this unit and makes it near impossible to get past level two.

As said elsewhere it turns into a stale mate quickly, and there simply is no way to have enough funds to fight, and you get overwhelmed. Less than impressed here.

Stalemate again...

Battles seem to last forever because you end up in stalemate so often. The anti ground troop missiles seem to make both sides invincible!

Nice game, but repetative and easy once you get it

Thx for the game - it's kinda fun.

Once you get through the middle of the game (i.e. conquered islands surrounding the continent) the game gets quite monotonous and easy.

My winning strategy was the following:
1) Build 3 ATGM cannons and 2 SAMs first, then Financial Office and ABM Laser (if the enemy has missles already, but only one launching facility). Then you have all the time you need to upgrade financial inflows (I usually upgrade until 100-120 gold per second).
2) Demolish Financial Center and raise Laboratory on its place and fully upgrade air and tanks
3) Demolish Laboratory and build Air Command and start harrasing with Heavy Bombers
4) Then steadily replace SAMs and Cannons with Air Commands and Manufacturing Facilities and mass Heavy Bombers and Tanks. You can also add Barracks and spam with Motos since they are faster...

Basically, this strategy with minor variations walked me through the game and resulted in very high Survival rates of >60-70%.

this is cool

reminds me a lot of the C&C series though

Its cool until

You get to the later levels and you have to spawn massive amounts of troops, and it feels like a feeble attempt when your entire base is destroyed by one missile
