The music fits well with the theme, and i like the sound effects, great.
Visually it's good, again with a background and stuff fitting the theme.
All comes together to form a competent puzzle game, plus nice humor.
BTW, awesome way to get the stoners into the puzzle section :P.

Not really an original game idea, as this kind of "move the blocks one way or the other" has been done many times before. However, the theme of the game was quite cool, and had a 1980's feel to it, mainly due to the old skool cops and ska/dub-type music (okay, it did get a little repetetive after a while). The actual graphics weren't top notch and the drawing a little simple, but what matters most is how playable it is, which in this case it is. I was flying until level 7, where I got a little stuck, I'll probably give it another go later..it just takes a little time and planning.
