Level 10, about 12 mins in I quit. Because I can't move the final cop car, I quit.
I love these types of games, and the theme of this one is one of those games with no storyline, yet you get really drawn into it. The most annoying thing, on the other hand, is when the obstacles move back into place after you drag them somewhere. But still, great game.

traffic jam at its finest
The "traffic jam" style games have been done before, but this one has good pacing, awesome progression of difficulty, and it's not obnoxiously long.
I don't know what the hell he was smoking that made his eyes like that in the ending, but I think I want some.
Also, the loading bar was so tripped out it made me wish I had dial-up.
