She makes me smile when I'm having my worst days. Not a negative thought passes my mind when I'm with her. Her kindness to me has rubbed off and inspired me to be a better person. She doesn't know all this...even though I want her to.

On a December night, a cold snow-full night, at 1 am, I was clicking aimlessly on newgrounds... And I found a little flash "The last man on earth". Good little show, but it was shadowed by the background music !

My Girl...
...She's so laid back, she makes me feel relaxed when I'm around her. She and I laugh all of the time together, and talking to her on the phone makes me smile. She and I love a lot of the same things, but my heart feels really heavy...I've been thinking about this recently, and...I fear that when I move out, I'm going to have to break her heart and call it quits...Worst of all, is even after that, I may not even be able to see her again. This song puts me at ease, and reminds me of her very much so.

I often browse this section and listened to a few of your compositions and it made me remember times when I would play songs for a girlfriend I had some time ago. I wrote quite a few pieces for her and recorded most of them. She's gone now and sometimes I listen or even start to play one every now and then with a big smile on my face. It was a better time and even now I can feel her as I sit and write new scores. Your pieces make me think about that. Thanks for that.
