Good, not Great, same goes for my spelling
The game's kinda good. Not great. Not bad. Just KINDA good. It could definitely use an update. The game's beat-em-up action was somewhat stunted by the fact that most of the beat-em up was practically turn-based.
The enemies could too easily counterattack while you were in the middle of a combo if you didn't break and run after nailing a few punches, or if you didn't combo at all and just timed your punches.
Ordinary enemies can simply punch you right in the middle of your combo, bomb enemies can just explode in your face while you're kneeing them, and the tanks require a tedius "punch a few times, then duck" strategy.
Though I, personally like turn-based action type of games, this one seems to promise beat-em up action and turns out to be less than expected.
A few suggestions:
incorporate the turn-based fighting fully and make an XP system with level-ups or being able to buy upgrades (health, attack, punch speed) with your XP
or make it so that the enemies can't fight back so easily, like there being no down time for the enemy to counterattack while you're wailing on them, and the tank being unable to attack you when you're so close that you're essentially standing in the cockpit punching the driver.
Other than that, the game plays like what an amateur game maker's game should play like.
GOOD WORK, KEEP IT UP. and you, too can prevent forest fires.
