Great, but...
The arcade gets boring way too fast once you get the plasma sword, I think that your available and/or equipped weapons should be factors in spawn rate on arcade mode.
There's also the lag issue, but what're can you do? Of course if you can do something I'd suggest it, even if it alters a slight aspect of the game. In which case you should make it an option and explain what affect it has on the game so people can decided whether to bother with it. (I find this to be an unlikely case but I still thought I'd give a suggestion in case that is the case.)

I did'nt particularily like the previous Rage, but this one is really good!
Holy macaroni, this was probably one of the most breathtaking and epic experiences I've had in my life.
This is a HUGE improvement from the first part! The enemies are now way more balanced, the last part had a place where I was literally stuck because the enemy just had too much health, the combat system is more responsible, the visuals and animations also improved quite a lot and much more! I also love the fact that it is so fast paced and the music is amazing too! Not much else to say!
I can't even imagine how great the last part is going to be... this is already beyond most of the things I've seen, just wow...
