It all makes sense now
I had wondered for quite some time exactly how certain awards worked or how the whole whistle thing went down.
I don't usually like a lot of the tutorials on NG, but this one held my interest.
In some small way I suppose it can help a viewer to become a better review/NG user in general.
The only criticism I really have is that on certain pages, the text seems a little harder to read with the lighter background behind it.
Overall, nice job.
Yeah, but on a CRT monitor (the old kind) some of the lighters ones seem really dark (I tested this out). Therefore, finding a medium is hard work. Sorry though.

I´m impressed though it didn´t have too good graphics or to mouch humor that was never the point of this flash so I would say that this is a very good information source on how things work here on newgrounds. You got a 5/5 my mate keep the good work flowing.

Some interesting insight here, shows me the kind of information some of the members use to abuse the system. Although I don't completly aggree with your reviewing guidelines there's definatly some useful info here, my only seggestion for this is to add a section about ways of getting movies more public exposure if they failed to reach frontpage like submitting it to collections for example.
Actually, I'm not experienced in that area. All my non-award winning flashes are now "dead" :(
