heh- fair nuff. This is the difference between concept art and illustration. The concept brings the idea to the rest of the dev team. That open sign is just a quick note of a possible sign. Although I agree with the critique.

I agree, the reflective water effect on the street are beautiful. I really love the Neon glow from the signs, it makes me think of Time square in New York city.
